Spartan Capital Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone regardless of ability or disability.
WCAG 2.1
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Current Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features: keyboard navigation support throughout the site, sufficient color contrast ratios for text and backgrounds, descriptive alt text for all meaningful images, clear heading hierarchy for screen reader navigation, resizable text without loss of content or functionality, no content that flashes more than three times per second, and form labels and error messages for all form inputs.
Ongoing Work
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. Known areas of improvement include some older PDF documents which may not be fully accessible, and certain third-party tools which we are working to replace.
Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom up to 200%, and high contrast mode.
