Financial Data and Plaid

Spartan Capital uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Spartan Capital and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user privacy policy.

SMS Data

SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number or SMS communication data with third parties, except as required to deliver these messages through our SMS service provider.
